Setting up E-Mail<\/span>Change your outgoing smtp mail server in Microsoft Outlook<\/p>\n

  1. Once you have Microsoft Outlook open click on tools<\/li>\n
  2. In the drop down window that opens select email accounts (2003)<\/li>\n
  3. In the drop down window that opens select accounts settings (2007)<\/li>\n
  4. In the next window that opens if you choose email accounts in step 2<\/li>\n
  5. On the next window that opens select next<\/li>\n
  6. In the next window that opens if you choose account settings in step 3<\/li>\n
  7. Then double click on the name on top<\/li>\n
  8. In the next window that opens<\/li>\n
  9. If you are on a @yourowndomain.co.za\u00a0\u00a0then under Outgoing Server(SMTP) change it to smtp.internet.co.za<\/li>\n
  10. If you are on a @telkomsa.net or @adsl.s account then under Outgoing Server(SMTP) change it to smtp.saix.net , smtp.mweb.co.za ect<\/li>\n
  11. Once changed click on next then on finish<\/li>\n
